Westminster Wills was founded in 1991 to serve the local area of Park Street, Chiswell Green and Bricket Wood.

The aim of the company was to provide a local and friendly service in your own home where appropriate, and making use of Solicitors to draft and advise where necessary from a legal perspective. This provides additional peace of mind and a facility to hold your will in storage and safe keeping.
As a professional firm of will drafting and Estate Planning Practitioners for which we hold the appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance.

We have been appointed members of The Society of Will Writers which is a non-profit making self regulatory organisation which seeks to Protect the Public and serve the interests of those men and women who are active professionals in our field.

The Society has set itself two main tasks, to promote to the public the Real Need to have a valid Will, and, to act as a self regulatory body by vetting practitioners, through stringent membership requirements, proficiency standards and on-going training.
